We want you to be completely happy with your order. As our press-on nails are handmade and a hygiene-sensitive product, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before purchasing.

Wrong or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may offer a refund or replacement where the mistake was made by us. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the items received so we can look into the issue.

Incorrect Size Ordered

Please carefully check our nail sizing guide before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout, so please double-check your measurements before ordering.

Used or Worn Nails

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any nails that have been used, applied or worn.

Once a press-on nail has been applied to the natural nail, it is considered used and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please do not apply the nails if you believe there is an issue with your order. Contact us first so we can help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible. As our nails are handmade to order, cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production.
